How Can I Return An Item?
Items not in our Clearance section are eligible for our 100 day Buy It & Try It Guarantee.
Here's how to initiate a refund (these instructions are included in your receipt and packing slip for easy reference):
1- Email us your intent to return the item within 100 days of your purchase. In order to serve you better, please let us know the reason for your dissatisfaction. Our email address is included in your receipt, or contact us here.
2- Send us the item. Inspection of the item could take up to 3 business days, like during peak season, but 90% of the time is handled within 24 hours of our receiving the item. Please ship to the processing center address indicated on your packing slip. Failure to do so may result in delay of your refund.
3- Upon passing inspection, we will process your refund for the purchase price, and $4.99 shipping as applicable*. All refunds are processed to the same method of payment used in the original purchase. Items or packaging not in new, like new, or gently used condition may be subject to a $5 restocking fee.
* If you are returning your entire order we will refund $4.99 of the shipping cost. In the event you needed a rushed order, the additional shipping cost is not eligible for refund.
